SONGSUBTEXT / INFORMATION
Privacy policy
How SONGSUBTEXT handles information, advertising cookies and your privacy choices.

1. Who we are and what this notice covers
SONGSUBTEXT is a browser game directory at gaming.songsubtext.com, operated by mimi mama. For privacy questions or requests, email [email protected].
This notice explains information associated with browsing our pages, advertising, opening external games and contacting us. Games, advertisers and linked services may have their own notices. Their separate notices do not replace our responsibilities for information we handle.
2. Information collected and its sources
- Website requests: our hosting service receives technical information such as IP address, requested pages, access time, browser and device information, and information sent in request headers. This can include the referring page.
- Advertising information: Google and participating advertising providers may receive page URLs, IP address, general location inferred from IP address, browser or device details, cookie or other identifiers, ad views, interactions and privacy choices.
- Messages you send: if you contact us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments or other information you choose to provide. Please do not send passwords, payment details or identity documents in an initial request.
- External game activity: loading a game connects your browser to its provider. That provider and its services may collect technical identifiers, gameplay interactions and information you enter under their own notices.
The directory currently has no account registration, payment form or first-party analytics tag. Game-name searches are matched in your browser against the public catalogue; the search text is not submitted to a separate search service. Advertising and game providers may still process information independently of that search function.
3. Why information is used
Information is used to deliver and secure the website, diagnose faults, respond to enquiries and rights requests, and handle content reports. Advertising providers use information to select, deliver and measure ads, limit repeated ads, prevent fraud and, where permitted, personalize advertising. We do not include contact-message contents or email addresses in the website's advertising tags.
Where European data protection law applies, relevant legal bases depend on the processing: consent for optional storage and advertising uses that require it; legitimate interests in running and securing the directory and answering enquiries, subject to applicable rights; and legal obligations where required. A legitimate interest does not replace consent when consent is required.
4. Google Ad Manager, AdSense and Ad Exchange
Our homepage, category pages and game-description pages use Google Publisher Tag for Google Ad Manager. Ad inventory may be monetized through Google Ad Exchange (AdX), AdSense or other demand partners, depending on the advertising relationships enabled in the publisher account. A product name does not mean every product or buyer participates in every page view.
Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's advertising cookies enable Google and its partners to serve personalized ads based on those visits, where permitted by your choices and applicable requirements. Other participating vendors may use their own technologies.
Google describes its handling of this information in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services, its Privacy Policy and its advertising information. These pages explain Google's purposes and available controls.
Additional buyers or ad technology providers depend on the publisher account's settings. Where a privacy message includes a vendor list, review the named providers, purposes and their policy links there. For help identifying a provider associated with an ad, contact us with the page URL and relevant ad details; do not send sensitive information.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
Advertising and external game services may use cookies, local storage, web beacons, IP addresses and other identifiers. These can support ad delivery, measurement, frequency limits, fraud prevention, saved preferences or game features. A consent tool, where provided, may store your choices and consent records.
The directory's search does not save a first-party search history in browser storage. This does not mean the website is cookie-free: Google, other advertising providers and games may use their own storage. Non-personalized advertising can still involve cookies or identifiers for purposes such as measurement or fraud prevention; it is not necessarily cookie-free.
Cookie names and durations vary with the services and advertising providers used. Review the relevant provider's notice and your browser's cookie information for current details. Deleting cookies or changing browsers may also remove a saved privacy choice.
6. Your advertising and cookie choices
You can manage Google ad personalization through My Ad Center. You may also opt out of certain participating vendors' interest-based advertising through Digital Advertising Alliance choices or consult the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out resources. Participation and availability vary; these controls do not necessarily stop all ads, storage or processing.
Where a consent or privacy message is presented, use its controls to review purposes and providers, refuse optional consent, or change or withdraw a choice. Where available, use the message's privacy-settings or consent-management control to reopen those choices. If a control is unavailable or you need help, email [email protected] with the page URL and your browser or device type. An email cannot itself change a Google Account setting or remove cookies held by another provider.
You can also use browser settings to block or delete cookies. This may affect game functions and does not necessarily reset an advertising profile held by a provider. Choices can be specific to a browser, device, account or provider.
7. EEA, UK and Switzerland
Visitors in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland are entitled to information about relevant processing and choices. Consent must be obtained for cookies or local storage where legally required, and for collecting, sharing and using personal data for personalized advertising. Google requires a certified consent management platform integrated with the applicable IAB Transparency and Consent Framework for personalized advertising in these regions.
Reading this policy, continuing to browse or selecting Play or Load game is not, by itself, consent to optional advertising purposes. You may refuse optional consent and withdraw consent later. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Other lawful processing, including legally required processing, may continue.
8. U.S. state privacy rights and browser signals
Where applicable state law grants them, rights may include knowing or accessing information, obtaining a copy, correcting or deleting it, and opting out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising. Advertising disclosures of identifiers or browsing activity may fall within those legal definitions even without a direct payment for the information.
To make a request, email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy request” or “Opt out of sale, sharing and targeted advertising”. You may use an authorized agent where applicable. We may request information reasonably needed to verify a request or the agent's authority. You may ask for review of a denied request where an appeal right applies. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
Some browsers send Global Privacy Control (GPC). Google states that it receives GPC signals directly for applicable U.S. state ad requests and applies restricted data processing; see Google's restricted data processing information. This does not change your Google Account preferences or every independent game provider's practices. Browser Do Not Track settings are not the same as GPC and should not be assumed to stop all processing.
9. Other privacy rights and requests
Depending on your location and the information held, you may have rights to access, correct or erase information, receive a portable copy, restrict processing, object to certain uses, or withdraw consent. Some rights are subject to exceptions. You may also complain to your relevant data protection authority.
Contact us at the address above with a description of the request. We respond within applicable legal time limits. We cannot directly access or erase information that another provider independently controls; you may need to contact that provider as well.
10. External games and links
An embedded game opens only after you select Load game. Its provider may use additional services, cookies or advertisements, and process gameplay activity or information you provide. You can read a description without loading the game and close a loaded game. Closing the frame stops that embedded session on our page but does not necessarily erase stored information or withdraw consent recorded elsewhere.
Review provider notices before using external features, following links, making purchases or entering information. We cannot inspect or change storage inside a cross-origin game through this directory.
11. Children and younger users
A game listing is not an age rating or parental consent. Parents and guardians should review games and provider notices before allowing children to play. The directory does not ask children to register, provide payment details or submit personal profiles.
Google prohibits personalized advertising based on activity known to be from children under 13 or on areas directed to children under 13. Child-directed services and users below an applicable age of consent require appropriate handling. If you believe a child's personal information has been provided to us, contact [email protected] so the matter can be reviewed and appropriate action taken.
12. Recipients, retention and international processing
Recipients may include the hosting provider, our email provider, Google and participating advertising providers, game providers, and authorities or advisers where disclosure is legally required or reasonably necessary to protect rights and address abuse. Each independent provider's practices are described in its own notice.
Contact messages are kept as needed to handle the enquiry and associated legal or recordkeeping needs. Server logs, advertising identifiers, consent records and game data have provider-specific retention periods. We do not state a single fixed retention period for all providers. Information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where applicable law requires transfer safeguards, the relevant recipient must provide the appropriate protections; Google's safeguards are described in its privacy information.
13. Security and changes
No website, email service or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Share only what is needed for a request. We update this notice when our services, providers or practices materially change. The revision date above identifies this version; any additional notice or renewed consent required for a change must be provided.
